1. What are your pieces made of?

A whole lot of joy plus 18k gold vermeil, premium enamel, and real gemstones like rose quartz and citrine. Basically: good vibes only.

2. Are your pieces waterproof?

Short answer: no.

Long answer: they can survive the occasional splash but prefer to stay dry. Think of them like your favourite shoes. Wear them everywhere except the pool.

3. Are they seriously limited edition?

Yep. Dead serious.

Each piece is made in tiny batches of 20. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. No secret restocks. No 'surprise, we made more!' Just twenty lucky people living their gem dreams.

4. How do I care for my jewellery?

Treat them kindly:

  • Keep them dry
  • Avoid perfume, lotions and sweaty gym sessions
  • Store them somewhere soft
  • Give them a gentle polish when they need a pick-me-up

Basically… care for them like the little works of joy they are.

5. What sizes do the rings come in?

Our rings come in standard Aussie ring sizes. There’s a size guide on every product page. Unsure? Message us. We love a sizing chat.

6. What if my ring doesn’t fit?

We offer exchanges on unworn pieces within 14 days, depending on availability. Since everything is limited edition, if your size has sold out, we’ll help you find another gorgeous option.

7. What’s your returns policy?

Change of mind? You can return unworn jewellery within 14 days in original packaging for a full refund.

Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons (unless something’s wrong, of course).

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely. Gem joy knows no borders.

Shipping rates/times appear at checkout based on where you live.

9. How long will shipping take?

We usually ship within 2–3 business days. During launches, things move fast so allow a smidge of extra time.

10. Will the enamel colour fade?

Nope not if you treat it kindly. Our enamel is high quality and designed for real-life wear. Just keep it dry and stored safely when you’re not wearing it.

11. Can I buy a matching set?

Oh yes. The entire range is designed to be completely mix and match

12. Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do. Perfect for birthdays, besties, apologies, 'just because,' and 'I didn’t know their ring size.'

13. What if something arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it fast. We want you wearing the joy, not worrying about it.

14. Do you take custom orders?

Not right now, but never say never.
