Shipping Destinations We ship globally. Shipping options, carriers and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and are subject to change.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Good Goods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or public health events.

International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees levied by their country of residence. Good Goods has no control over these charges and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information before placing an order.

Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Good Goods passes to you upon dispatch of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit once the products have been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or, if you prefer, we can issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
