3. PRODUCTS

3.1 Limited Edition All Good Goods products are limited edition. Each style is produced in small batches and once a product is sold out it will not be restocked. Product availability is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.2 Product Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However slight variations in colour may occur due to screen display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may vary slightly from images shown.

3.3 Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless you have selected an alternative currency. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

3.4 Availability Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Stock is only confirmed at the time payment is successfully processed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

4. ORDERING

4.1 Placing an Order When you place an order through the Website you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Confirmation Once your order is placed you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent.

4.3 Order Cancellation Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch please contact us immediately at hello@goodgoodsworld.com. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment Methods We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and buy now pay later services where available. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

5.2 Payment Security We do not store your full payment card details. All payment information is processed by our secure third-party payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5.3 Failed PaymentsIf payment fails your order will not be confirmed. You will be notified and may attempt payment again. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be successfully processed.

5.4 Currency All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
