Return & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must contact us at hello@goodgoodsworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are at your expense. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us at hello@goodgoodsworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the fault or damage. We will assess your claim and at our discretion offer a replacement, repair or full refund including return shipping costs.

Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item please contact us at hello@goodgoodsworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") including statutory guarantees regarding acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
